Map mods regex
Mark mods with ✕ "avoid" or ✓ "want", set thresholds, then paste the string into stash or Map Device search: it highlights maps without the avoided mods, with the wanted ones, whose quantity, pack size and the rest are not below the thresholds.

Thresholds
A map fits when it has at least this much: the string looks for map property lines like "Item Quantity: +85%", as poe.re does. An empty field sets no threshold. Not checked in the game client.
✕ avoid, ✓ want, pressing again clears the mark. The string reads "!a|b" "c|d" and then the thresholds, as on poe.re: a map without a and b, with c or d. This combination has not been checked in the game client.

Strings are picked so they miss other mods and, for the English client, the common map lines. Map names are not checked, so a rare false match is possible.
How to build a regex for map mods
The Path of Exile stash and Map Device search accepts regular expressions: the game checks the string against each item, ignoring case, and highlights the maps that match. This tool builds that string from mods marked on one list: each mod has a ✕ “avoid” button and a ✓ “want” button, and both sets work together. The string reads "!a|b" "c|d": the first term starts with an exclamation mark and rules out maps with at least one of the avoided mods, the second asks for the wanted ones. Wanted mods offer a choice: “any of them” writes one term, "c|d", and one mod is enough, while “all of them” writes the terms "c" "d", and a map needs every one. The default is “any of them”. Each mod gets the shortest substring of four characters or more that does not appear in other map mods and, for the English client, in the common lines of a map. The substrings differ between the English and the Russian client, so check the client language before you copy.
Mods are grouped by danger: deadly, hard, annoying and the rest. That rating is our own subjective judgement, not game data, and each rated mod says who it hurts. If a substring also catches another mod, the tool shows it next to the mod and says what that means for your choice. The main case is a substring of an avoided mod that catches a wanted mod: maps with that mod will be hidden, and a warning appears next to the string. The length of the whole string is shown under the field: according to poe.re the game takes at most 250 characters, so remove some marks if you go over.
Thresholds add conditions on the map's properties: item quantity and rarity, monster pack size, more maps, currency or scarabs. A map fits if the value is at least what you set. Each threshold becomes its own quoted term and the game requires all terms at once; a checkbox joins maps, currency and scarabs into one term, so that one of them is enough. The form of the whole string and the threshold strings follow poe.re and have not been checked in the game client. Map names are not part of the substring check, so a false match is possible now and then. The page address holds your whole selection, so you can share it, and the browser remembers it for your next visit.
